How Do I Request My Data?

You can submit a data request in addition to accessing a lot of your data in Your Account.

To access personal data that isn't available in Your Account or in your device (e.g. your search history):

  1. Go to Request My Data.
  2. Select the data you want to receive.
  3. Click Submit Request when you're done.
  4. Click the validation link in your confirmation email.

A secure download link will be sent to you via email once your request is processed.

How do I delete my data?

You can manage your personal data at any time from Your Account. Please Contact Us if you have a data deletion request.

Note: If you need help with a data request that's in-progress or completed, or if you would like to delete all your data, please Contact Us.
