Arranged Delivery

Amazon.com offers the arranged delivery of your Large Items sold and fulfilled by Third-Party Sellers.

When you order an item from a Third-Party Seller, check the delivery method offered to confirm the process for that specific delivery.

If the seller offers Arranged Delivery, you are contacted by the Seller or Courier within 2 business days of the order to schedule a convenient delivery date.

If the seller offers Scheduled Delivery, you select your delivery date from a calendar prior to checkout.

Note:

  • The seller or courier may contact you over the phone, email or SMS.
  • If the seller offers neither of the options above, contact the seller directly to request an update on the delivery of your item. For more information on how to contact the seller, go to Contact Third-Party Sellers
