We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations or you didn't like it, you can request in a few ways.
To request a refund in the Amazon Go app:
To request an Amazon Go or Amazon Go Grocery refund in the Amazon shopping app:
If you used Amazon One to shop at participating Amazon Go or Amazon Go Grocery stores, and have linked your Amazon One ID with your Amazon account, you'll be able to request a refund in Your Orders.
If you entered participating Amazon Go or Amazon Go Grocery stores using your credit card or Amazon One, but did not link your Amazon account, return to the store with the order ID found on your receipt and an associate can help provide a refund.
There is no need to return an item purchased at Amazon Go or Amazon Go Grocery. If you do return the item, for health and safety reasons, hand it to an associate rather than returning it to the shelf.
After you request a refund, you'll generally see a credit to your payment method within 3-5 business days.
If you've paid for an item with cash or SNAP EBT benefits, return to the store where the item was purchased with your receipt.
