If you receive a damaged or otherwise unusable Amazon Fresh grocery item, you can request a refund through Your Orders. We won’t ask you to return the item. Follow the on-screen instructions and select Refund when prompted.
Note: Shopping on Amazon Fresh is available for customers in eligible postcodes. We'll be expanding the Amazon Fresh shopping experience to new Fresh-supported regions in the future. To find out if you’re postcode is located in an eligible delivery area, visit Amazon Fresh.
