From the Synchrony Bank web site, manage your online account, reset your password, and make online payments.
To access and manage your online Amazon Store Card or Amazon Credit Builder account, visit http://www.syncbank.com/amazon.To create an account, you'll need your full credit card number, which can be found on the front of the hard plastic card that is mailed to you 7-10 business days after approval. If you don't have your full credit card number, please call Synchrony Bank. For bank contact information, see Customer Service for Financial Institutions.
If you link your Amazon and Synchrony accounts, you can use your Amazon login to access your store card account on Synchrony's website. To link your Synchrony and Amazon accounts, visit here.
|I forgot my User ID||From the Synchrony Bank home page, select Lookup my User ID. You'll need your full credit card number to access your User ID. If you don't have your full account number, Synchrony Bank can provide it over the phone.|
|I forgot my Password||From the Synchrony Bank home page, enter your User ID, click Secure Login, and then select Forgot Password|
|Make Online Payments||See Make a Payment on an Amazon Store Card or Amazon Credit Builder Account|
|Set up email or SMS payment alerts||From your online account, select Account Services, and then Alerts.|
|Locate special financing expiration dates||From your online or paper monthly statements, review the "Promotional Purchase Summary" section.|
|Enroll in paperless statements||From your online account, select Statements, Enroll in Electronic Statements and then Go paperless now
Note: Enrolling in paperless billing will stop monthly paper statements from being mailed to your billing address.
