Sign Up for and Manage Shipment Updates via Text for All Orders

You can sign up to receive tracking information via text message for all your orders.

To sign up for or cancel Shipment Updates via Text, or change your phone number:

Go to Your Account.
Under the Communication and content Email and messaging alerts section, select Shipment Updates via Text.

Note: Shipment updates via text are only available for packages shipped by Amazon.com sellers.
