Manage Your Backup Payment Methods

Backup payment methods help us avoid delays with payments. You can add to or update your backup payment methods by selecting Your Payments in Your Account.

If there's a problem with your payment, we'll automatically charge a backup card from Your Payments for eligible products and services.

To manage your backup payment methods:

  1. Select Manage backup payment method.
  2. Update the selection button to your preference (enabled or disabled).
  3. Review and update the payment methods on file using the check boxes, ensuring any methods you don't want used as backups are unchecked.
  4. Select Save.

    Note: Disabling backup payment methods may cause delays if your payment method fails.
