Return Prime Wardrobe Items

Return items you don't want in the re-sealable Prime Wardrobe box or bag using the prepaid return label that we provided with your order. Prime members have until the end of the try-on period to postmark returns at the UPS drop off location of their choice.

To return Prime Wardrobe items:

1. During the seven-day try-on period, go to the order in Your Orders and select Purchase or Return Items. If you have a problem with your item, contact Customer Service.
2. After the try-on period ends, you can request a normal return in the Returns Center. Purchased items are still eligible for Amazon Fashion's 30 day free return policy.
3. When we receive all of your return items, we'll send an email to notify you. To track your return package, go to Your Orders.

Note: If you receive an order in multiple packages, you can return items in any of the packages.

If we don't receive the items you said you'd return, we'll charge you for them. These items aren't eligible for the Prime Wardrobe discount because you didn't buy them during the try-on period.
