Once applied to your Amazon account, the entire amount will be added to the balance for the type of product voucher. If you've redeemed multiple types of product vouchers, each type will have its own cumulative balance, which will be available as a payment method for eligible orders during the checkout process. If there are ineligible items in your shopping cart at the time of checkout, the product voucher balance will not apply.
Note: You can also enter your claim code during checkout or by going directly to the Product Voucher redemption page here.
When you use a Product Voucher, the applicable purchase price, tax, and shipping deducts from the product voucher balance. If your order total is more than your available balance, you can pay the remaining amount with other payment methods such as Amazon Gifts Cards, credit cards, or debit cards. Any applicable promotional offers applies to the item cost to reduce the item price before the product voucher balance is applied.
Any unused Product Voucher balance will be available for future purchases.
