Kindle Content isn't Showing in Your Library

Can't find your book? Kindle Store purchases are saved to the Cloud and download to your device within a few hours.

  1. Make sure that your Kindle is connected to the internet.
  2. Sync your Kindle from Settings.
  3. Turn off any filters on your home screen or change to another view.
  4. Restart your Kindle.
  5. Check that your 1-Click payment method is current.
  6. Make sure that your Kindle has the most recent software update.
