We can assist with issues such as defective items, missing parts or accessories, initial product setup, configuration, troubleshooting, compatibility, feature use, as well as replacement or return of the product.

To reach our Product Support team:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Select Get Product Support next to the eligible item. You’ll be directed to a page where you can choose to call or chat with live product support, find quicklinks to product manuals, or contact Amazon certified repair services. These options vary depending on the item you purchased.
If you received the product as a gift, you'll need the original order number to contact the product support service.
